After hearing increased rumors about Google releasing their own Android handset, it appears that they will be doing so next month.
Apparently Google has begun testing this device with it’s employees. It features a Snapdragon chip which is based on the same generation of chips as the ARM processor in the iPhone 3GS. Yet the Snapdragon could be running at a higher clock speed. The phone is a GSM based unit, which should be able to get sold by retail stores and run on AT&T or Tmobile.
